Refund Policy

What's covered

Every Centsai purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, starting on the date of your purchase. The guarantee applies to the full purchase price ($10 USD) regardless of whether you've downloaded the file or used the product.

How to request a refund

1. Email hi@getcentsai.com within 30 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the same email address you used at checkout (so we can find your order).
3. A one-line message is plenty — you don't need to explain.

We will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process your refund within 3 business days of that confirmation.

When the money returns

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Creem. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds typically appear in your account within 5 to 10 business days after we process the refund. International cards may take longer.

If you don't see the refund after 10 business days, email us — we'll send you the refund confirmation from Creem so you can take it up with your bank.

After 30 days

Refund requests after the 30-day window are handled at our discretion, but we genuinely try to do the right thing. If the product stopped working for you, if you bought it twice by accident, if something we promised on the marketing page turned out not to be true — email us and we will make it right.

What happens to your purchase

When we issue a refund, your license is revoked. We will ask you to delete your copy of the Centsai file. Because Centsai is local-first, we have no way to remotely deactivate it — we trust you to delete it, in the same spirit we trust you to keep your data on your own machine.

Chargebacks

Before disputing a charge with your bank, please email us. A chargeback typically costs us much more than the original $10, and we'd rather just refund you directly and quickly than fight a dispute.
